Mr. William L. "Bro"Tolbert of 311 South Clarke, Street, Milledgeville, Georgia passed away on Tuesday, October 8, 2019.

Funeral services were held on Monday, October 14, 2019 12 NOON from the Elbethel Baptist Church, Milledgeville, Georgia. Interment followed in Scenic Memorial Gardens, Milledgeville, Georgia.

He is survived by his wife, Frances L. Tolbert, of Milledgeville, GA; his three loving children, Elroy (Kim) Tolbert of Macon, GA; Rwanda (David) Pinkston of Milledgeville, GA; Trucilla Lewis of Willoughby, Ohio, Six grandchildren; Eight great grandchildren; Two sisters, Vera Tolbert Choice; Dorothy Tolbert, both of Milledgeville, GA; One bother Dennis (Mary) Tolbert Jr. of Milledgeville, GA several other relatives and friends.
