William "Bo" Dupree

Mr. William James "Bo" Dupree, of 113 Newton Drive SW, Milledgeville, Georgia passed away on Friday, December 27, 2019 at his residence.

Funeral services were held on Thursday, January 2, 2020 at 11:00 AM from the Chapel of All Faiths, Milledgeville, Georgia. Interment followed in Scenic Memorial Gardens, Milledgeville, Georgia.

William James (“Bo”) DuPree, age 68, departed this life on Friday, December 27, 2019 at his residence in Milledgeville, GA. William was born in Baldwin County, GA, on May 25, 1951, to the parents of the late Wiley DuPree and the late Rosalyn Finney DuPree.

William attended Boddie High School in Milledgeville, GA. He was employed by the State of Georgia at Central State Hospital. William worked as a Supply Technician and retired with 34 years of service

William leaves to cherish his memories his devoted wife, Eva M. DuPree of Sparta, GA; a loving stepmother, Carmell DuPree of Milledgeville, GA; three sons: Gary (Teresa) DuPree of Milledgeville, GA, Shawn (Chantelle) DuPree of Ellenwood, GA, Corey (Lukectria) Smith of Jonesboro, GA; one daughter: Cynthia (Keith) Komer of Marietta, GA; four sisters: Dr. Yolanda W. DuPree of Morrow, GA, Tisa D. Bright (Yolanda Miller) of McDonough, GA, Christalyn D. (Morris) Lewis of Milledgeville, GA, Veronica Finney of Milledgeville, GA; one uncle, Curtis (Lillie) Davis of Milledgeville, GA, two brothers-in-law: Willie (Peggy) Lundy Sr. of Davenport, FL, Michael (Grace) Edwards of Sparta, GA; 16 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, extended relatives and friends.
