Vivian Jordan Obituary

Vivian Syrena Jordan affectionately known as “Rena” was born January 8,1962 to Jack Smith Sr. and the late Eula Bell Densley Smith.

At a young age, she joined Gordon Church of God in Christ. Vivian graduated from Wilkinson County High School. She dedicated over 25 years of service at Central State Hospital and retired as a supervisor. Most of all, Rena will be remembered for her vivacious spirit, kind devotion, and love for her family.

She was surrounded by her family and friends at the time of her transition.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Eula Bell Densley Smith; maternal grandparents, Joseph and Izola Densley; paternal grandparents, Robert Sr. and Annie Mae Smith.

Vivian leaves cherished memories to her father, Jack Smith, Sr.; two brothers, Jack C. Smith, Jr. and James D. Smith; one niece, Gloria Anita Smith; a host of devoted aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends whom she loved dearly.
