Ms. Vendya Jackson, of 114 Old Mill Court, Milledgeville, Georgia passed away on Friday, February 7, 2020 at Navicent Health Baldwin, Milledgeville, Georgia.
Funeral services were held on Thursday, February 13, 2020 at 11:00 AM from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Milledgeville. Interment followed in the West View Cemetery, Milledgeville.
Vendya Denise Jackson was born on March 22, 1968 in Milledgeville, Georgia to the late George Mack Bradley and Eunice Johnson Bradley. Vendya received her education in the Baldwin County School System, where she graduated from Baldwin High School.
She understood the importance of having a relationship with Christ and made a profession of faith at an early age. Vendya had an infectious smile and warm heart that allowed her to form life long relationships. She was a social butterfly and did not meet a stranger. From her marriage with Michael Jackson, she was blessed with two children.
On Thursday, February 7, 2020 Vendya traded time for eternity. She leaves a legacy of love to be cherished by her loving family: son, Brandon Jackson, daughter, Mikia (Montrez) Edwards; mother, Eunice Bradley; sister, Lisa (Marion) Shinholster; step son, Travis Pounds, adopted son, Greg Milner; grandchildren, Aubrie Edwards and King Latrell Edwards; aunt, Shanney White, Inkster, MI, Mary (Donald) Hill, Eva Jean Mapp; uncle, Calvin (Barbara) Mapp and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
