Tavarus Marquice Hunter, affectionately known as Markey, was born on November 23rd, 1983, in Augusta GA to the parentage of Mrs. Evelyn Hunter Webb and Mr. Tracy O'Neill Rowe.
Tavarus spent most of his life in Milledgeville, GA; and later moved to Macon, GA. Tavarus attended Baldwin County public schools becoming a part of Baldwin High School Class of 2002. He was employed in his early teens to early thirties at Jame's Fish and Chicken, where he found his passion for cooking. At the time of his departure, he held the maintenance supervisor position at Linwood Park Apartments, he loved cooking and took honor in being the family's Grill Master. He was also employed by Window Wizard.
Tavarus, better known as Markey, Man of Many Hats, Father, Oldest Brother, Son, and Great Friend, enjoyed life to the fullest and no matter what life had thrown his way he never allowed it to deter him from being his best at any of those things. Tavarus never ran across a stranger, he always brought a smile to brighten the darkest room, and a sense of humor to lighten the mood. He enjoyed having fun and just enjoyed life. His favorite saying was “You only live once, so you better live it up” a saying that will stick with us forever.
