Sheila Jean Harper Obituary

Mrs. Sheila Jean Justice-Harper was born May 17, 1962, in Hancock County to the parentage of the late Mr. Douglas Justice and Mrs. Shirley Justice.

She received her education at Hancock Central High School in Sparta, Georgia. Following, she found employment at Meadows Manufacturing, Rheem Manufacturing Company, and later, Georgia Military College. She lived a life rich with love, laughter, and an unwavering commitment to family and friends. Sheila was known for her kindness, generosity, and infectious sense of humor that brought joy to everyone around her.

A lover of the outdoors, she found joy in gardening vegetables and tending to her plants. No one could compete with Sheila and her green thumb; she had plants and gardens that her neighbors would envy. Sheila was also no stranger to the kitchen; she loved to cook for her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Lavonne Reaves.

She is survived by her beloved high school sweetheart and husband, Larry Harper of Milledgeville, GA; daughter, Brittany (Brandon) Brown of Macon, GA; son, Tezman Harper of Athens, GA; grandsons, Braylen Brown, and Brysen Brown, both of Macon, GA; mother, Shirley Justice of Sparta, GA; sisters, Linda Dickson of Macon, GA; Patricia Justice of Milledgeville, GA; Jeanice Ingram of Sparta, GA; brother, Kelvin (Pamela) Justice of Youngsville, NC; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
