Rafeal Dion Cooper was born on May 10, 1982, in Milledgeville, GA to the late Ernest Cooper and Jessie Halcomb. His earthly chores ended on December 9, 2025, in Swainsboro, Georgia.

He was preceded in death by one brother, Javia Jones; and one sister, Tracy Jones.

Rafeal was a very talented, outspoken, and hardworking man that loved his wife, kids and family. He loved animals, fishing and gardening.

He leaves to mourn but celebrate his life, his wife, Salisa Cooper of Swainsboro, GA; son, Rafeal Stone (Ahjah) of Macon, GA; stepsons, DeUndreious Waller of Florida, Ladarian Waller of Warner Robins, Trevon Waller of South Carolina; step daughter, Natyeria Waller of Milledgeville, GA; two brothers, Felix Jones (Sophia) of Milledgeville, GA, Anthony Jones (Jimmie Dell) of Milledgeville, GA; two sisters, Trenis Jackson (Michael) of Milledgeville, GA, Jennifer Jones of Macon, GA; eight grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews.
