Willie L. Frazier, Jr. was born in Baldwin County, Milledgeville, GA. on August 1, 1981, to Pastor Willie L. Frazier, Sr (deceased) and Pastor Corene Renfroe Frazier.

He was educated by the local educational system and graduated from Baldwin High School in 2000. Willie Jr. was no stranger to believe in Christ and received Jesus as his personal savior at a very early age. The Miracle Healing Temple, Inc. was his church at birth and is where he was trained in the ways of the Lord. The foremost leader there is Apostle J. L. Stevenson. With both parents being ministers, Willie Frazier took on an eternal love for the Word of God growing in grace and knowledge.

He started teaching the Word and ministering at an early age. At 18, he was the youngest licensed ordained minister in the ministry. In the same year, he began extensive work and training as an U.S.D.A. Quality Assurance Technician. Throughout the years, he was privileged to work for Georgia's Department of Behavioral Health & Developmental Disabilities as well as major markets like Pilgrim's Pride, Conagra, and Dole's Fresh Vegetables.

He moved away in 2013 and continued his career in Food Inspection until it ended in 2018. God led Willie Frazier to Holy Jerusalem Ministries where the Senior Leaders are Apostle David Littlejohn, Apostle Joyce Littlejohn, and Overseer Ranjae Crump. It was there that he received the preordained designation to the office of the Prophet. In September 2017, he was consecrated and licensed into that office under the Apostolic Covering Churches (TheA.C.C.), Apostle David Littlejohn, presider.

In 2018, Prophet Frazier was released by God to return to Milledgeville. Following continuous prayer to the Lord for the next steps in ministry, God directed him to Kingdom Shift Ministries. It was there that he accepted the job of Associate Pastor. His personal mission: “My greatest desire is that God's people hear and know the Lord personally, through intense study of the scriptures, worship, prayer and praise”.

Willie Frazier, Jr. is survived by his mother, Corene Frazier (Milledgeville, Ga.), two sisters: Kimani Frazier (Milledgeville, Ga.) and Cassandra Frazier (Salisbury, NC.), two nieces: Aaliyah Tittle and Jordyn Ross, one nephew, Jalen Ross; uncles, aunts, and cousins.
