Mr. Otis Paschal Jr. was born on July 15, 1966, in Milledgeville, Georgia to the parentage of Otis Paschal Sr. and Julia Mae Bailey Paschal. 

Otis was educated in Milledgeville, GA public schools. In his early years of Georgia College and State University, he studied to become an electrical engineer. Soon he became a family man and married the love of his life. Two beautiful girls and a son were born in this holy matrimony. Otis' love for his growing family caused him to leave college to work in order to support his family. He worked as a manager at Prizza Hut in Milledgeville, GA for a number of years which he enjoyed serving people. He then possessed the skills and talents in woodworking and began working for Horton's Homes for many years until the company closed. Otis returned to his first love; He became overseer at Deliverance Revival Center under the leadership and guidance Apostle Sinclair. Otis was a quiet and private person and at the same time was friendly and caring. He had a heart of gold. 

On Monday May 6, 2024, our beloved Otis fell asleep to await the final resurrection for those who have been chosen and love Christ. 

Cherished memories of Otis will linger in the hearts of his beloved family, which include his devoted wife, Eva Mae Paschal; his mother Julia Mae Bailey Paschal; his father, Otis Paschal Sr.; beautiful daughters, Jessica Golden (Brandon) ad Brittney Paschal; his brothers and sisters, Michael Paschal, Gary Paschal (Arnetta), Kina Paschal, Darrell Paschal (Shante), Merrell Paschal (Cassandra), Shantae Boyer, Johnathan Paschal, Otisha Paschal-Ray (Quantarius), Kunta Paschal, Christopher Paschal, and Santrise Paschal; as well as his two adorable grandchildren, Ma'Kenzie McCray and Kameron Walden. he is also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
