Mr. Oscar Lee Hill was born on January 23, 1955, in Milledgeville, GA. Oscar was preceded in death by his loving parents, Mary L. (David) Hill Wells and his father, Oscar P. Hill.

Oscar found joy in wood carvings and crafts where his creativity and passion shone brightly. He also shared a special bond with his two beloved pet dogs, Xena and Chi Chi.

In his professional life, Oscar dedicated himself to his work as a skilled plumber at LL Grimes Plumbing and Georgia College State University. His commitment and expertise left an indelible mark on those around him.

Oscar leaves behind his legacy with his wife, Ruby L. Hill of Milledgeville, Georgia; daughter, Ashley D. Warren; one sister, Christine Williams; four brothers, Jeffery Hill, Homer Hill, Tom Hill, all of Milledgeville, Georgia, Charles Hill of Sparta, Georgia; one devoted nephew, Eric Lewis; three aunts, Clara M. Davis of Milledgeville, Georgia, Rosa Lawrence of Savannah, Georgia and Fannie M. Hill of Macon, Georgia; one uncle, Clifford Hill of Macon, Georgia. Mr. Oscar also leaves his legacy to a host of other nieces and nephews.
