For many of us, death comes at all seasons and all ages. Death sends no summons before him, but floats unseen on the breeze. With a harvest of pleasant memories, we meet to celebrate the life of Mrs. Deborah Grant Ingram.

She was born September 2,1958 to the lineage of the late Henry Grant, Sr. and Mattie D. Smith Grant. She attended the public schools of Jones County, graduating in 1976.

After graduation, Deborah attended Georgia College and received a Bachelor's in Health Education and Social Welfare. She was employed by and retired from Central State Hospital after 30 years of service as a Social Worker and Personal Advocate/Investigator.

At an early age, Deborah dedicated her life to Christ and joined County Line Baptist Church. She served as a member of the Usher's board and the Pastor's Aide Committee.

On July 6, 1986, Deborah was united in Holy Matrimony to Willie Rufus Ingram who proceeded her in death, June 22, 2005. This union was blessed with two lovely daughters. She was a kind person and loved her family. Her favorite past time was baking delectable cakes and cookies. She enjoyed having her children, grandchildren, and family members at her home for Sunday dinners, shopping, taking care of her flowers, and watching old western shows and movies.

Dissolution came quickly and unexpectedly on March 18, 2026. Besides her daughters, Jasmine (Henry) Lusane, Gray, GA; Jermila S. Ingram, Fairburn GA, Deborah's memories will be cherished and her presence missed by her Grandchildren Henry Lusane IV, Bella Lusane and Skylar Lusane, her brother Darryl (Benita) Grant of Haddock, GA; sisters Sebrena Grant of Haddock, GA and Michelle (Walter) Dudley of Macon, GA; sisters-in-law Glenda ( Lorenzo) Sams of Austell, GA, Barbara Ingram of Austell, GA and Sandra Hurt of Eatonton, GA; aunts, Emma Speights of Milledgeville, GA; Lillie Bell Ridley of Gray, GA; Shirley Grant of Haddock, GA; uncle, Theodore Myrick of Milledgeville, GA; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends survive her.
