Matricia Easley was born July 07, 1955 to the parentage of the late Eddie and Ella Mae West.

Matricia received her education in the Baldwin County School System in 1974. She was employed by Central State Hospital where she worked until her retirement.

Matricia entered rest peacefully on Saturday, June 13, 2026, surrounded by her children. She is preceded in death by her parents, the late Eddie and Ella Mae West; brothers, Willie Frank Reaves and Bennie Lee West.

Matricia leaves to cherish her memories: one son, Timothy Easley and one daughter, Shanise Easley, both of Milledgeville, GA; six grandchildren, Kiara Easley, Timothy Easley, Jr., both of California, Tymeria Easley of Atlanta, Donnie Cannie Jr. of Milledgeville, Derrick Trawick Jr. of Milledgeville, Brandon McClain of Atlanta; two great grandchildren, Jordan Mason of California and S'Veya Trawick of Milledgeville; four sisters, Michelle Simmons, Talicia Yarbrough, Stacey Cabiness (Eric) and Andra Sams (Anthony), all of Milledgeville; one brother, Tuvorris Spires (Keshia); a host of other loved ones and friends.
