Mary Marie Boyer

Ms. Mary Marie Boyer, of Milledgeville, Georgia entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at Navicent Health Baldwin, Milledgeville, Georgia.

Graveside services were held on Tuesday April 13, 2021 at 11:00 AM from the Baldwin Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Milledgeville, Georgia.

Mary Marie Boyer was born on August 22, 1932, in Washington County GA and she was one of nine children.

In her early 20's Ms. Mary moved to Milledgeville, GA where she began and raised her family. She had many prosperous years working as a dietician at Chaplinwood Nursing Home, and she finished her career working as a cafeteria worker for Baldwin County School System.

Though restricted by many health conditions, her fondness for cooking for others and being surrounded by her family never wavered. Her greatest moments have come from spending holidays and trips surrounded by laughter with her family. Here favorite weekday activities included watching WWE Wrestling, Maury, Steve Wilco, My 600 lb Life, The Young and the Restless, and other soap operas that she called the Stories.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Pearlie Bridges and Dennis Boyer; children Mable (daughter) and Leroy (son); and loving son-in[1]law Dorsey (Claudia) and daughter-in-law Glenis (Leroy).

She is survived by her two daughters: Claudia Lango (Milledgeville) and Mary Joyce Boyer (Milledgeville); ten grandchildren: Winona, Kiesha, Angela, Jermaine, Auntrell, Jason, Porsche, Jernard, Montavis, and Jailn; eighteen great grandchildren: Precious, De'Vante, Ke'Audrea, Jayla, Jazmea, Jarmon, Jamiyah, Jordan, Mekhi, Brandon, Dallas, Alana, Justin, Xavier, Brendon, Tri'Nesha, Deterrian, Artavia; 8 great-great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-great-grandchild; sister-in-law, Edith Boyer; devoted nephew, Donald Ballard; devoted caregiver, Demetria Whipple.
