Ms. Louella Hill, of Milledgeville, Georgia passed away on Sunday, July 19, 2020 at her residence.
Graveside services were held on Thursday, July 23, 2020 at 10:00 AM from the Scenic Memorial Gardens, Milledgeville, Georgia.
On Sunday, July 19, 2020 our beloved one Lou Ella Hill soul was returned to the God who gave it.
Her death occurred at her home after a prolonged illness.
Miss Lou Ella Hill was born January 27, 1964 in Baldwin County to the parentage of the late Ethel H. Jenkins and the late Arthur Lee Hill. She was preceded in death by her mother, Ethel Jenkins; father Arthur Hill, and brother Eugene Jenkins, Jr.
At an early age she confessed Jesus as Lord and Savior. She joined Elbethel Baptist Church. Lou Ella graduated from Baldwin High School in 1982. After high school she went to work at Central State Hospital. She worked in the Food Service Department for 30 years before retiring in 2017.
The things she enjoyed in life were spending time with her son, Marquis Hill and her granddaughter, Markayla Collins; cooking; and watching her favorite TV shows: Housewives of Atlanta, Sex in The City, and MCI.
Sweet memories will be cherished in the heart of her loved ones: son, Marquis J. Hill of Milledgeville, GA; granddaughter, Markayla Collins of Dublin, GA; sisters: Ethel (Anthony) Scales of WinstonSalem, NC, Viola Allen of Atlanta, GA, Annie Louise Gilmore, Martha Ann West, and Hattie Mae Pitts, all of Milledgeville, GA; brothers, Alfred Hill and Arthur Mosley, all of Milledgeville, GA, Carolyn Burns and Emma Bass very close friends; very dearest friend, Michael Jackson; a loving niece, Virginia Spikes; very close cousins, Ada Bell Lewis, Margaret Bolston and Gloria Ann Woolfork; her dearest aunt, Gussie Kelsey; a host of other cousins, nieces and nephews.
