Jimmy Bradshaw

Mr. Jimmy Bradshaw, of Milledgeville, Georgia passed away at the Georgia War Veteran's Home in Milledgeville, Georgia.

Funeral services were held on Wednesday, February 26, 2020 at 1:00 PM from the Griffin Memorial Chapel of Slater's Funeral Home. Interment followed in the Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Milledgeville, Georgia.

Mr. Jimmy Bradshaw 70, of Milledgeville, Georgia was born on April 27, 1949 in Douglas, Georgia to the parentage of the late Mr. and Mrs. J.B. Bradshaw and Mary Carson Bradshaw. He attended George Washington Carver Elementary and High School. He was known to his family and friends as “Pretty Boy” because he always kept his clothes nice and neat. He enjoyed life. As a young man he'd spend his free time shooting marbles, singing and dancing.

He was a man of service. He served the Lord when he joined St. Mary Missionary Baptist Church and he served his country when he was drafted into the United States Army. He was a lover of people and especially his family. He will be missed by everyone who knew him.

He leaves to cherish his memories by his four children: Remonica (Tommy) Bess of Douglas, Georgia; Jerry (Jenica) Holland of Miami, FL; Tashon Bradshaw of Douglas, Georgia; and Quentina (Jeffery) Hutchinson of Loganville, Georgia.
