Jeffery Hodges, 50, of Milledgeville Georgia, passed away peacefully on November 16, 2025 at Pine Pointe Hospice.
He was born on November 4,1975 in Milledgeville, Georgia to the parentage of Janice Hodges and W.C. Russell. Growing up, he attended the public school system of Baldwin County graduating from Baldwin High School with the class of 1994.
Throughout his life, Jeffery was known for his kindness, strength, humor, generosity, work ethic, and love for his family and friends. From delivering cars for Butler to doing odd jobs all across the community, he became the person anyone he knew could depend on. Outside of working he enjoyed spending time with his family making memories, especially with his daughter Nariah Hodges and his stepson Jayden Marrero.
Family meant everything to him. He is preceded in death by his mother, Janice Hodges; brother, Patrick; aunts, Mary, Barbara, and Fannie; uncles, Robert and James; and nephew, Dave. Their memories remained close to his heart throughout his life.
He leaves behind his companion, Shaneika Clark; one daughter, Nariah (Christina) Hodges; one stepson, Jayden Marrero; his father, W.C. (Jackie) Russell; two sisters, Lakeisha Russell (2kids, 3 grand kids), Breonna Russell (3 kids); three brothers, J.J. White, Willante (Dukey) Russell (6 kids), Antonio (Biscuit) Russell (2 kids); devoted aunts and uncle, Annie Carter, Jurley Russell, and Ben Hodges, all of Milledgeville, Georgia; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Jeffery will be truly missed by everyone.
