It is with sympathy, the management and staff of Slater's Funeral Home, Inc. announce the passing of Mr. James Chester, Jr. of Milledgeville, GA.

Funeral services were held on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at 11:00AM from the Second Beulah Baptist Church, Sparta, Georgia. Interment followed from the Second Beulah Baptist Church Cemetery, Sparta, Georgia. 

He is survived by his loving family and friends.
