It is with sympathy, the management and staff of Slater's Funeral Home, Inc. announce the passing of Mr. Freddie L. Reeves, Milledgeville, Georgia. Mr. reeves passed away on Monday, February 13, 2023.
Graveside services were held on Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at 2:00 PM from the Scenic Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
Freddie Reeves was born August 28, 1950 to Willie Reeves and Mary Louise Mitchell. Freddie attended the public schools of Baldwin
County. Freddie was a loving, caring father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He enjoyed cleaning, raking yards, and watching the news channel. He loved tools, chewing tobacco, black eyed
peas, and gatorade. His favorite saying was “I love all y'all”!
On February 13, 2023, Freddie Reeves entered eternal rest. Preceding him in death are his father, Willie Reeves; mother, Mary Louise Mitchell; brother, David Reeves; sisters, Louise Brisco, Joyce Dumas, Mary Jane Swint. Those left to cherish his memories are: companion, Gloria Bolston of 40+ years; children, Ernestine Barnes, Robert Howard, Tomica Bolston, Tiffany Bolston, and Dexter Bolston; niece, Amy Swint; fourteen grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
