Mr. Emmett Waller, also known as “Sneaky”, of Milledgeville, Georgia passed away on Wednesday, August 8, 2018 at Carl Vinson VA Medical Center, Dublin, Georgia.

Funeral services were held on Tuesday, August 14, 2018 at 11:30 AM from the Griffin Memorial Chapel of Slater’s Funeral Home, Inc. Interment was held in GA Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Milledgeville, Georgia.

Our Beloved, Emmett (Sneaky) Waller departed this earthly life on Wednesday, August 8, 2018 at the Carl Vinson Veterans Medical Center in Dublin, Georgia. He was born on January 11, 1953 in Milledgeville, Georgia. He was the son of the late Mr. Julius (Treetop) Waller and Mrs. Francis Waller.

"Sneaky" as he was fondly called by his friends and family, grew up attending Baldwin County public schools. He was always a kind and loving person who cared deeply for his family. His family returned their love unconditionally. And it seems that everywhere he went other people always cared about him too. He joined the United States Army at an early age. After proudly serving his country, sneaky returned to Milledgeville and became a master painter by trade. His favorite hobby was fishing.

He was preceded in death by two brothers: Mr. Johnny Dixon, Mr. Julius (Ricky) Waller.

"Sneaky" leaves a legacy of love and fond memories to his family his daughters: Ms. Kenya Waller, of Decatur, GA, Ms. Anika Wallace of Milledgeville, GA; one son, Mr. Darrell Waller, of Milledgeville, GA;  his loving and devoted sister, Ms. Juanita Waller (Michael) of Atlanta, GA; one brother, Mr. Billie Dixon of Milledgeville, GA; Uncle Willie Dixon (Shirley), Uncle Henry Dixon, both of Chester, PA; three grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and a devoted family friend, Mr. Dax Bolston.
