Emanuel Curry

Mr. Emanuel Curry, of 110 Ramona Drive SW, Milledgeville, Georgia departed this life Sunday, February 9, 2020 at his residence. 

Funeral services were held on Friday, February 14, 2020 at 1:00 PM from the County Line Baptist Church, Haddock, Georgia. Interment followed in Son's of Wisdom and Daughter's of Light Society Cemetery of County Line Baptist Church, Haddock.

Mr. Emanuel Curry was born April 24, 1960 in Baldwin County to the late Margaret Curry. He attended Baldwin County Schools.

Mr. Emanuel Curry was always willing to help and lend a helping hand to anyone with a smiling face. His various jobs included Newton Supply, Hamrick Building Supply, Womack Paving and Baldwin Builders. His onset of illness occurred while employed at Reaves Construction. Sadly, early Sunday morning, he was called from his earthly home to his heavenly home.

Those left to cherish his memories include: his loving wife of 35 years, Mary Redding Curry of Milledgeville, GA; three children, Joseph Barber, Monique Curry, both of Milledgeville, GA, Mayo Redding, of Brooklyn, NY; four sisters: Eula Mae (James) Simmons, of Haddock, GA, Lucinda Casey Morgan, Joann Butts, Linda Curry, all of Milledgeville, GA; James Curry, of Milledgeville, GA, Milton (Jackie) Curry, Kelvin Curry, all of Milledgeville, GA; four grandchildren: Lauryn Barber, Jurnee Warthen, Tacara Curry, Jakayla Barber; two great aunts: Beatrice Fleming, of Milledgeville, GA, Ruth Curry, of Macon, GA; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
