Deacon Alvin Beckom, Sr.

Deacon Alvin Beckom, Sr., of Haddock, Georgia entered into eternal rest on Thursday, April 1, 2021 at the Regency Hospital of Central Georgia.

Funeral services were held privately with the family. Due to current COVID restrictions, graveside attendance is by INVITATION ONLY. Public viewing will be held on Friday, April 2, 2021 from 3:00 PM until 6:00 PM from the Griffin Memorial Chapel of Slater's Funeral Home. 

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Jerry Beckom, Milledgeville, Georgia, several other loving family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for family and friends to make a charitable donation in the name of Deacon Alvin Beckom to one of the following charities:
