DeShantis Rashon Richardson

Mr. DeShantis R. Richardson, departed this earthly life on Sunday, September 20, 2020 at his residence.

Graveside services were held Saturday, September 26, 2020 at 11:00 AM from the St. Mary Baptist Church Cemetery, Sparta, GA.

“Shon” as he was called was born March 25, 1976 to Bobby G. Richardson and Gladys Richardson-Ward. He is preceded in death by his father. He attended the schools of Baldwin County graduating from Baldwin High School with the class of “95”. He was always the classmate that kept you laughing.

Everyone knows that “Shon” had a love for Athletic shoes (Jordan’s, Jerseys, and Hats). He had several different pairs of NBA shoes and matching Jerseys.

“Shon” loved his entire family. He had a giving heart and would give to anyone he thought was in need. Each year he looked forward to Holidays and Special Occasions where he would show off his cooking and baking skills. He could bake any cake you could think of. He was taught well.

Jaderrius and Natalya were his heartbeats. There was nothing he would not do or not give his children. He was a good dad.

“Shon” leaves to cherish his memories: son, Jaderrius Richarson; daughter, Natayla Richardson; mother, Gladys Trawick-Ward; brothers, Ronnie Richardson (Lois), Anthony Richardson (Stacy), and Gary Richardson (Gloria); aunts, Evelyn Wright, Annie Beckom, Geraldine Billings, Gloria Jean Trawick, and Willene Trawick; uncles, George Trawick, Mark Trawick, and William Trawick; niece, Ketara Richardson, nephews, Jaron Richardson (Angel), Antavious Richardson; special friend, Crystal Warren; special cousin, Angelia Hunt; a host of other relatives and friends.
