Christine Ann Schroeder Bonner, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, gained her heavenly wings on October 22, 2025. She was born on July 19, 1957, in Ottawa, Ohio, to the late Mary Elaine Schroeder and Fidelis “Jim” Henry Schroeder.

A proud graduate of Miller City High School, Class of 1975, Christine built a beautiful life grounded in faith, family, and love. On July 3, 1976, she married the love of her life, Harold Bonner Sr. Together, they shared 47 wonderful years of marriage and raised three children: Preston (Aneeshah) Bonner of Pflugerville, Texas; Sherelle (Termiere) Scott of Sparta, Georgia; and Harold Jr. (Bridget) Bonner of Milledgeville, Georgia.

Christine was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Harold Bonner Sr.; her loving parents, the late Mary and Fidelis Henry Schroeder; and her brother, Kevin Schroeder.

She leaves to cherish her memory her beloved children—Preston, Sherelle, and Harold Jr.—and her adored grandchildren: Khalifa Bonner, Jaylon Walls, Khalid Bonner, Arionna Haddock, Elijah Bonner, Amir Bonner, Caleb Bonner, Messiah Bonner, Jurnee Scott, Ja’Niyah Scott, Jordan Scott, Jamaal (Alexis) Scott, and Julian Dempster. She is also lovingly remembered by her great-grandchildren, Ari Walls, London Smith, and Jade Scott; brothers, Jeff Schroeder, Scott Schroeder, Randy Schroeder; sisters, Diana Kottenbrock, Sandra Heuerman; as well as a host of extended family members and dear friends who will forever hold her in their hearts.

Christine will be remembered for her gentle spirit, boundless kindness, and unwavering devotion to her family. Her legacy of love, compassion, and faith will continue to shine brightly through all who were blessed to know her.
