Camille Marie Wells

It is with sympathy, the management and staff of Slater’s Funeral Home, Inc. announce the passing of Ms. Camille Marie Wells, 24, of Lithonia, Georgia. Ms. Wells passed away on Tuesday, January 25, 2022.

Graveside services were held on Monday, January 31, 2022 at 12:00 NOON from the Rest Haven Cemetery, Sandersville, Georgia.

Camille Marie Wells, of Lithonia Ga departed this life on January 25, 2022. Camille was born on August 30, 1997 at Piedmont Hospital in Atlanta Ga, to the parentage of Willie Lee Wells and Regina Louise Grayson. She was no stranger to extra curricular activities, as she loved to play soccer at Wade Walker Park. She was a 2015 graduate of Miller Grove High School, Lithonia Ga., where she was a part of the Jr. ROTC. Although Camille seemed to live the life of a regular young adult, she struggled with the adversity of diabetes from childhood, along with a host of other health complications. Through it all, she continued to live her life to the highest of her potential. Camille cherished all moments with her family and friends. She was sure to be at each and every event and her absence will not go unnoticed. Camille was predeceased by her mother, Regina Louise Grayson; Grandparents John Willie and Marie Lee Wells, Thomas and Christine Grayson. She leaves her cherished memories to her father, Willie L. Wells, Lithonia, Ga; Sisters: Lakeysha Wells, Milledgeville, Ga, Carmen Wells, Lithonia, Ga; Nephews: Ayden and Clayton Stringer, Lithonia, Ga; Nieces: Layla Wright, Milledgeville, Ga, Angelica Stringer, Lithonia, Ga; Mother figure, Stacey (Areigh) Eastmond; Bestfriends: Sydnee Eastmond and Kiya Woods, Lithonia Ga; a host of Uncles, Aunts, and Cousins. Camille’s memories, love and friendships will forever be cherished.
