Brenda Reaves

Brenda Kate Reaves (Harper), age 66, was born on March 16, 1958, to the parents of Ulus Reaves, Sr. and Juanita Culver Reaves in Baldwin County, Milledgeville, GA. She attended public school and was a 1977 graduate of Baldwin High. Her work history centered around Early Childhood Education and Mental Health Field with Baldwin Service Center and The Board of Education for twenty-nine years. She also worked as a teacher with Reeves Daycare and as a CAN with the Elderly.

Brenda was married to Anthony Louis Harper, Sr. on June 15, 1987, for twenty-four years. She as a loving, supportive and faithful wife.

She is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Where she continued to learn and grow in love for her Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ by serving others.

She is survived by her son, Johnathan Paschal(Keara); daughter, Taneshia Harris (Royce); six grandchildren, Javan Mitchell, Jeremiah Torrance, Jordan Torrance, Josiah Harris, Kayla Paschal and Melaine Harris; nine siblings, Annie Reaves, Jeanette Reaves, Helen Williams(George), Linda Reaves (Melvin), Ella Juanita Reaves, Theresa Reaves, Walter Reaves, Benjamin Reaves(Marie), Erica Reaves; aunt Louvina McClin; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.

Public Viewing was held Saturday June 8, 2024, from 12:30PM until 1:30PM from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Milledgeville, Georgia. 

Funeral Services were held on Saturday, June 8, 2024, at 2:00 PM from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Milledgeville, Georgia. Interment followed from UNA Memorial Park, Milledgeville, Georgia... She is survived by her loving family and friends.
