It is with sympathy, the management and staff of Slater's Funeral Home, Inc. announce the passing of Ms. Barbara Griswold, Milledgeville, Georgia. Ms. Griswold passed away on Tuesday, May 10, 2022.

Funeral services were held on Saturday, May 14, 2022 at 11:00 AM from the Christ Temple Refuge, Milledgeville, Georgia with interment for follow at Scenic Memorial Gardens, Milledgeville, Georgia.

Barbara was born in Gray, Georgia on July 21, 1960. She graduated from Jones County High School and later went on to work as a health care provider at Central State Hospital in Milledgeville, Georgia. She enjoyed spending time with her family, as well as serving as a Deaconess at Christ Temple of Refuge under the leadership of Apostle Ronald Harden. She was preceded in death by her father, William White, Jr. and mother, Rosa Lee Williams. She leaves to cherish her memories four sisters, Betty Hill of Milledgeville, GA, Margaret (Michael) Mims of Macon, GA, Florence Wright of Warner Robins, GA, Theresa Andrews of Macon, GA; one brother, Tracy White of Gray, GA; one aunt, Christene Ross of Milledgeville, GA; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
