Angela Denise Harper

It is with sympathy, the management and staff of Slater’s Funeral Home, Inc. announce the passing of Ms. Angela Denise Harper, 59. Ms. Harper passed away on Monday, January 17, 2022.

Memorial services were held on Tuesday, January 25, 2022 at 12:00 NOON from the Griffin Memorial Chapel of Slater's Funeral Home, Milledgeville, Georgia.

Angela Denise Harper was born on September 12, 1962 in Milledgeville, Georgia. She was one of six children with five preceding her in death. She was born to the proud parents, the late, Robert Harper and Gearldine Harper.

Angela attended the Detroit public school district. She accepted Christ late in life and she loved talking to God. She was a loving person and would do whatever she could to help anyone. She is preceded in death by her father, Robert Harper, one son, Benny Westbrook, and five siblings. Angela will be greatly missed by many.

Angela will be cherished in memory by her son, DeAndre (Micshelia Price) Harper, of Detroit, MI; her mother, Gearldine Harper, of Detroit, MI; one uncle, Marvin (Jeanette) Tatum, Detroit, MI; four nieces: Latoya, Kanisha, Arleta, Gericke; six nephews: Carl, Raphael, Darnell, Robert Jr., Dallas, Antonio, all of Detroit, MI; a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
