Laura Trawick

Mrs. Laura Trawick, of Milledgeville, Georgia passed away on Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at Pine Pointe Hospice, Macon, Georgia.

Funeral services were held on Friday, February 8, 2019 at 1:00 PM from the Griffin Memorial Chapel of Slater's Funeral Home. Interment was held in Bone Cemetery, Milledgeville, Georgia.

Laura B. Trawick was born to the late Illinois Trawick and Carrie Trawick in Baldwin County, Milledgeville, Georgia.

Laura is a long time member of Spring Hill Baptist Church. She moved to New York where she worked for many years, but she always wanted to move back to Milledgeville to be with her family. She worked in Milledgeville after returning until she retired.

Laura enjoyed the outdoor scenery while working in her yard and cared for her beloved dogs. She especially loved her furry friend, “Pal”.

She is preceded in death by her siblings: Maude Lawrence, Ann Harper, Mary Ingram, Aline Brown, Richard Trawick, Jake Trawick, Willie Trawick.

Laura is survived by one sister, Georgia Trawick, of Milledgeville, GA; a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, several other relatives and friends.
