David Liggins

Mr. David Liggins, of 143 Shana Drive, Milledgeville, Georgia passed away on Saturday, March 2, 2019 at his residence.

Funeral services were held on Saturday, March 9, 2019 at 1:00 PM from the Chapel of All Faiths, Milledgeville, Georgia. Interment will be held in the Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Milledgeville, Georgia.

Mr. Liggins served our country as a Veteran, worked at the Central State Hospital and Madison Throwing for several years. Hairy Face was a sweet, loving, kind husband, and an awesome father.

Mr. David Liggins loved his family. He was very reliable, dependable, generous. a hard worker, friendly and will do anything for anyone without complaints.

David Liggins was preceded in death by his father and mother, the late Mr. Arthur Liggins and Ms. Annie Mae Liggins.

His legacy of love and cherished moments will always be remembered by his loving wife, Juanita Liggins of 35 years; his children: four sons, David Liggins (Hynia), Derrick Liggins (Marnquie), Keith Grace, Derrick Reaves (Devin); four daughters, Shondrena Hudson-Huley (Reginald), Sharon Wright-King (Roland), Daphane Roby (Tim), Crystal Warren; a special loving, kind, generous brother, Curtis Liggins (Christeen); loving sisters: Susie Mason, Ida Betty Lee (Charles), Doris Adams, Mary Hall, and a very special sister, Lousie Liggins; very special aunts: Corine Driskell aka Honey and Hilda Boston; a brother-in-law, Leroy Wright (Georgia); two sisters-in-law, Geneva Davis (Raymond), Linda Apreala (Timi); 24 grandchildren; nieces, nephews, cousins, many friends, including a special friend, Mr. Roy Grant; a special cousin, Mr. Leroy Liggins; and a host of other relatives.
