Mr. Carter Webb, Jr., of 2712 Irwinton Road, Milledgeville, Georgia passed away on Saturday, February 16, 2019 at Navicent Health, Macon, Georgia.
Funeral services were held on Friday, February 22, 2019 at 11:00 AM from the Freedom Church, Milledgeville, Georgia. Interment was held in Scenic Memorial Gardens, Milledgeville, Georgia.
Carter Webb, Jr. “Nokie” son of Carter Webb, Sr. and the late Mrs. Deloise Rogers-Webb was born December 9, 1972 in Milledgeville, GA. He attended Baldwin County Schools and was a graduate of Baldwin High class of 1992.
Nokie found his life’s love Stacey Webb over 26 years ago and the two united in holy matrimony in May of 2001. This union was blessed with two children, Ashely and Cartavius Webb who were the most important part of his life.
Nokie was an active employee of the Baldwin County School System devoting over 15 years of service to Midway Hills Academy (The Old Midway). As a result of his heart of gold and generous spirit, he made it his life’s work to empower future generations by leading the youth and helping them see their potential by challenging them to always see more than one perspective. His earthly life was as beautiful as the love he gave so well and his influence will forever remain in the lives of all those that knew him. Quietly and at peace he departed this life Saturday, February 16, 2019 at Medical Center Navicent Health in Macon, GA.
His beautiful life was survived by his wife, Stacey Webb; his children, Ashely Webb and Cartavius Webb, both of Milledgeville, GA; his father, Carter Webb, Sr. of Milledgeville, GA; his brother, Terrance (Charisma) Webb of Milledgeville, GA; three sisters, Valesia Webb-Jones of Riverdale, GA, Chrysanthia Webb-Latimore and Andrea Webb, both of Milledgeville, GA; aunts, Barbara Rogers, Mary Rogers, Patricia Rogers, Cecil Reeve and the late Angela Rogers; uncles, Miller (Tammy) Rogers, Johnathan (Linetta) Rogers, Marion (Neng W Lico) Webb and Craig Adams; devoted cousins, Vermeshia Lewis and a host of devoted nieces, cousins, Midway Hills family and friends.
