Miss Marshall Ann Pinkston (Marshann) was born in Milledgeville, GA on August 1, 1951, to the parents of the late Mr. Leonard and Margaret Pinkston Ford.
Marshann lived her entire life in Baldwin County, where she attended public school and graduated from Body High School.
Until she was unable to perform her duties, she retired from Central State Hospital in Milledgeville. Marshann was preceded in death by her sister, Ruth Pinkston; brothers, Michael Pinkston and Leonard Pinkston, Jr.; and great granddaughter, Ryleigh Lumpkin.
On Monday, January 22, 2024, our beloved Marshann was called home. Her passing occurred at her residence.
Marshann leaves behind one son, Mr. Jermaine Pinkston, Sr. of Milledgeville, GA; six grandchildren, Keandre Harvell, Jemeria Pinkston, Jermaine Pinkston, Jr., Jace Pinkston, Janiyah Pinkston, and Ty'tiana Pinkston, all of Milledgeville, GA; three great grandchildren; six siblings, Mr. Donald Pinkston, Miss Pamela Pinkston, Miss Regina Pinkston, Mr. Johnny Pinkston, Mrs. Renae (Charlie) Driskell and Mr. Jefferey (Margaret) Pinkston, all of Milledgeville, GA; one uncle, Mr. Bennie (Nina) Evans of Milledgeville, GA; aunt, Johnnie Mae (Fred) Speights of Atlanta, GA; devoted nephews, Mr. Marves Pinkston, Mr. Dontrel Pinkston and Mr. Jarmell Pinkston, Sr.; devoted nieces, Miss Shonquita Pinkston and Miss Ramiyah Hall, all of Milledgeville, GA; a host of nieces and nephews who shall miss her dearly.
