Mr. Eddie "Jack" Bridges, Jr., of 100 Courtney Lane, Milledgeville, Georgia passed away on June 19, 2019 at Navicent Health Macon.

Funeral services were held on Tuesday, June 25, 2019 at 1:00 PM from the Oak Grove Baptist Church, Milledgeville, Georgia. Interment followed in the Mt. Nebo Baptist Church Cemetery, Milledgeville, Georgia.

He is survived by his wife, Oudia Bridges, of Milledgeville, GA; two daughters: Mrs. Sheila (Cedric) Lawson, of McDonough, GA, Ms. Sharris Bridges, of Milledgeville, GA; five grandchildren: Destiny Watson, Cedric Watson, Jr., Messiah Hurt, Chance Lawson, Mya Cooper; siblings: Mrs. Joanne (Robert) Harty, Mrs. Patricia (Jeffery) Glenn, Ms. Donna Barnes, Mr. Edward (Sherry) Bridges, of Warren, MI, Mrs. Dorothy Bridges Gibson, Ms. Brenda Bridges, Ms. Linda Bridges, all of Detroit, MI; mother-n-law, Mrs. Julia Dixon, of Milledgeville, GA; brother-n-law, Mr. Ralph Dixon, of Milledgeville, GA; one uncle, Mr. Corey Butts, of Milledgeville, GA; five aunts: Juanita Taylor, Anita Scott, Lola (Crawford) Jones, all of Milledgeville, GA, Corene Veal, of Sandersville, GA, Viola Veal, of New York; step children: Tracey Webb, of Milledgeville, GA, Keith Fraley, of McDonough, GA, Nicole Webb-Clark, of Atlanta, GA; devoted friends: Cedric Watson, Jerrry Armstrong, Frank Barnett, Ruth and Kenneth Master, Daniel and Lisa Laughlin, Brenda and Tommy Veasley, Barbara Chatman, Micheal Young, Cynthia Laughlin, Teresa Laughlin; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

The family will have a visitation held on Monday, June 24, 2019 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Slater's Funeral Home.
